Please do your best not to bring your car to this dealership for a service. I have 2016 E250 Blutec that I brought for service in December of 2016. Part of the service is to fill the Blue tank. I have owned three of the same car, and have never had this tank go low in between services intervals. Now I am sitting in a different state, and I have low Blue. When low the car could refuse to start so I am forced to have it filled. The dealership out of state has charged me to fill the tank. Mercedes Customer Care has told me to ask Mercedes of Scottsdale to pay the out of state dealership. I am still shocked with how poor Mercedes Customer Care was, but that is for another Yelp review. I am still shocked that this is my problem, and Mercedes Customer care cant help me, but with that said I called, and spoke to the service director at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. I was told that the service was done correctly, and with out the car they cant help me. Basically if you have your car serviced here you may not want to take it on vacation. If you did need to take your car out of town be prepare for the possibility that if something does go wrong you will have to have it trailered back to Mercedes-Benz Of Scottsdale for them to forensically make sure the mistake was in fact theirs. If not you will pay for their mistake as I have done. Please do yourself a favor and avoid taking your car to this dealerships service department.
