  • Let me begin by saying that now that I've cut meat and dairy from my diet, I sadly can no longer eat here, but when I did eat meat and dairy, Tacos el Gordo was THE ISH. Adobada mulas ALL. THE. WAY. I could never possibly explain to you the glorious taste. Plus, the adobada chef used to remember me and encourage me to practice my Spanish there. I have never heard of anyone who didn't love the food. It's incredible. Heard skepticism? That person either experienced a worm-hole-esque fluke or is lying to you to sound cool (the sort of I-used-to-like-that-band-before-they-got-popular lie). You eat meat and dairy and are hungry right now? What are you doing reading this review? Go buy an adobada mula right this second!
