This museum was well worth the $12 or so I paid with the student discount. I would start and the top and work your way down the beautiful winding staircase where you get a great view of the skyline. My favorite exhibit was Evan Penny. I had never seen his work before- it was so fresh, really pulled me in. He makes larger than life silicone sculptures of people detailed to the extent that they have eyebrow hairs and veins in their eyeballs. Go before his show is gone! They were also doing archival work on the Claus Oldenburg giant hamburger while I was there. In theme with the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera exhibit, the cafe has margaritas and mexican hot chocolate and little Frida Cookies with frosted unibrows. At the end you can fold tissue paper flowers and put them on a Day of the Dead mantel celebrating their lives.
