  • I looked at a car last weekend and told the dealership I wanted the car but the A/C wasn't working. They wanted me to sign he contract before the A/C was fixed which o wasn't about to do since I have made this mistake in the past and struggled to get dealers time honor the we owe documents they signed. I insisted it be fixed first I had been in communication with the sales person all week and was told the car was out for repair and they were waiting for it to be returned so I could come and sign the paperwork. Then today I was told that the car was sold so it appears they never sent the car out for repair as I was told. This is the last time I will try an Earnhardt dealership. Stick with Penske dealers so you get an honest answer. If they never intended on sending the car out for repair or the car had come back I would have expected the dealer be upfront and honest clearly that is not how the dealership operates they wasted a week of my time. The dealer claims to have thoroughly inspected the car if that were the case they would have identified the A/C wasn't working. Not being upfront is a lousy way to do business.
