  • I had the worst experience here. P.A. Kaplan could only manage to spend about 3 minutes tops with me along with her very rude assistant. Not one smile out of either of them. Had to practically run behind the assistant whilst taking me to the exam room. Blank stares and monotone voice. So cold and unwelcoming. Both P.A. Kaplan and her assistant treated me as if I were some piece of trash, uneducated and nothing could possibly be wrong with me. Not to mention acted like I was intruding on their day. Rudest medical "professionals" I've ever encountered!!! Biopsy done on me was extremely painful, completely unnecessary and has left the worst scar on my stomach. And to top everything off, the diagnosis they gave me was WAY OFF!!! I was left to suffer for months and eventually had to pay out of pocket to go to another dermatologist. The only saving grace is that I thankfully got the proper diagnosis. I'm not sure where all the great reviews are coming from. The only good thing I saw were the receptionists. Period.
