  • if your warranty wants to send this company sends these clowns to fix your appliance, run!!!!!. pay for the repairs out of pocket. it will cost you less than the pain and heartburn they will cause. ahs sent this co. out to fix my dishwasher. 1st trip ordered part. 2nd trip installed part. first time we turned it on didn't work. you would think the tech would have turned it on but that's just me. called in to all desert and they told me i would have to call ahs. ???? they were the ones that didn't fix it but ok. called ahs called all desert back wanted them to come the following saturday that was impossible even though they didn't fix it right the first time they could care less. left a message for the manager (ryan or randy) never received a call back. shocker. waited another week new technician came out and inspected the dishwasher and lo and behold water was in the tray under the dishwasher preventing it from coming on. good thing it had a sensor to shut off the water or my house could have been flooded. where's the water coming from? the 1st tech didn't hook up the hose where the water comes into the dishwasher. i could even see that. upon further inspection tech #2 found additional leaks not noted by tech 1. oh and also damage to the body of the dishwasher done by tech #1. tech#2 says the diswasher will require too much work to repair it will need to be replaced. 3 days later all desert calls to schedule appointment to send out a tech to repair my dishwasher. huh? i explained what tech #2 said and they told me the manager wanted tech#1(the hack) to come out and fix the problem. more likely to try and cover their tracks. yeah no. called ahs and they called all desert new story they wanted their senior technician to come out. if tech#1 is the type of tech they employ i'll pass on the "senior tech". requested new company to come out still waiting. no dishwasher since xmas. thanks to all desert appliances.
