  • Prior to putting my condo on the market I wanted a one time cleaning, focused on the hard wood floors, blinds (plantation shutters) and the bathrooms. After reading the reviews and receiving a recommendation from a fellow Yelper I chose Naturally Clean. When making my appointment I emphasized the areas of focus above and was very happy with the individual I spoke with. He was very nice, provided me with their pricing, details about the cleaning and available times. On the day of my service, two individuals showed up, with supplies and all. Unfortunately their personalities didn't match. I went over what I needed focus on, etc. They were there two hours, which was what I was quoted based on the size of my condo. Upon initial review everything looked good, but the floors were atrocious. Basically they just ran a wet mop around, did not clean. I ended up having to clean them myself and the dirt that remained was horrible. And, the showers, the same thing. Overall they did a good job from an initial look but really didn't "clean" which is what I was looking for.
