  • The blonde lady at the front desk was just beyond rude. I was greeted with "WHAT IS THAT?" (It was my sample of urine in a jug on ice for a protein test.) She made me feel stupid that it was on ice, as my doctor told me to do. When she asked for my insurance, I handed her my ID and continued to look for insurance. She said "THIS IS YOUR ID, I SAID I NEED INSURANCE." I did not write the end time of my collection because it was for 24 hours and she made me feel like an idiot again. Honestly, if I didn't have a fear of her tampering with my sample, I would have asked to speak with someone else and made a complaint right there on the spot. Please someone do something about this woman- she is in a customer service role!!! The worst attitude I have come across in years. She was working 6/06/16 at 6AM.
