  • Amazing place and transformation in my high energy son!!! My son (just turned 5) and showed no interest in soccer or baseball. He could not concentrate and stay focused. He had tons of energy but was not interested in any of the two sports. He didn't listen to the coaches and It frustrated everyone. All he wanted was the super sugary treats at the end of each game! It was a struggle to get him to go to each game unless we bribed him with the treats at the end. I did not approve of the treats but how can I tell him no when all the kids were getting the same things? I was so over the arguments and struggle to get him to go and I was done wasting money signing him up! I found USSD on a groupon. And since I didn't want to spend a ton of money into another sport that he may not like I decided to try this. Well he immediately loved it! The staff is amazing with the kids. I don't know how they remember everybody's name but they do! My son loves putting on the karate uniform and he stays focused during sessions! He has stopped asking for treats after each practice so thankfully I don't have to be pressured into that. He is learning discipline and I love how they're tough on the kids because my son needs that!! In the real life not everyone wins and not everyone gets a trophy unless you work your butt off!! This is not baseball or soccer where they encourage that "every one wins" mentality. Us parents support everything they do and teach there. After the groupon expires I will be continuing classes for as long as my son wants to go. AND my husband and I actually enjoy going as a family. I cannot wait until my 15-month-old grows up and can start taking karate classes here. Thank you USSD!!!!!
