I would give zero stars if it were an option. I bought my flight through their website. and they immediately charged me: one for the airline and TWO from Flightnetwork. They double charged me. So, I called them and even though they took the money from my account immediately, they said it would take 3 to 5 days to refund. Then they had the nerve to act as if they were doing me a favor, when it was their mistake and informed me that this was a one shot deal. In other words, if they ever mess up again or if I needed my account refunded for any reason, they would not do it. I told them that was a lousy policy, since they made the mistake and that they will never get my business again.
They suck. Run in the other direction.
