  • The one thing I wanted to do while in Vegas for my birthday was go to a Cirque du Soleil show. I chose the Michael Jackson One show because I thought with the music, I couldn't go wrong. It wasn't exactly what I expected. I got the cheapest seats available at $100 each, and I have to say it was definitely overpriced. If I had spent $50 I would have felt like I got my money's worth, but for $100 I expect more. The show was good, but not as much acrobatics and tricks as I would have expected. There were a couple stand-out numbers that I really enjoyed, but overall it was not as spectacular as I thought it would be. There was also a strange storyline that ran throughout the show that seemed really unnecessary and added nothing to the enjoyment of the show.
