  • Worst experience in the paint department! Waited there for 50 minutes and still never got the help I needed!! Jose the manager on duty was not helpful until I called asking for his manager to make a complaint. Now I have to drive back because he now agrees to charge me the right amount he should have charged me in the first place. It's not my fault your website and system says you have a product (actually showed 6 available) and it took you 40 minutes to figure out you don't, then not give me the proper discount on the quart size paint. At this point I will only go to Lowes to buy the matching paint I need but I will never go back for anything else during my future home projects. If you want paint go to home depot, that's where I've bought my paint in the past and they never wasted my time like this. The lady there tried to help but you could tell she was not familiar with the department and paged for help 3 times and no one ever came.
