  • I own a condo in Tempe and had both my a/c units go out at the same time! I got a few quotes from other businesses I found here on Yelp and although I knew this wasn't going to be a cheap or small job, the other quotes seemed high and I had concerns about the quality of the units they wanted to install. I asked a friend, who is a local contractor, and he highly recommended Dukes of Air. I called and was lucky enough to talk to the owner John. He was extremely knowledgable and had actually done a few units in my complex before so he knew exactly what it would take He seemed to know what my problem was better than I did. Rob came out the next day to do a site check and take some measurements. I was extremely happy with the quote and never felt like anyone tried to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Very happy with the warranty on the Trane units and the fact that Dukes will service them and preform any warranty work. Liz in the office was extremely helpful confirming all the final details and time for the work to be done and they came out and did it in no time at all. Luis, Manny, Freddy, Beto and Danny came out to do the work and they were extremely professional and considerate, even wearing shoe covers to protect my floors (which I told them wasn't even necessary). I couldn't be happier with the whole process and especially the end result! These units are awesome, I can hardly even hear them turn on and the house is always cold! Thanks so much Dukes of Air, you have a customer for life. Highly recommended!
