Q: Why does Honeybaked Ham Co refuse to increase staff on busy holidays, dedicate a register or two to ham reservation pick ups vs. restaurant orders, or simply let us pay for the thing in advance, so we can avoid the ONE-HOUR wait in line out in the parking lot? Every single year. The wait, and the predictable lost-your-order screw ups once you make your way inside, are NOT worth a ham "cured" in a stew of toxic carcinogens (check out the ingredients, if you have a while free to read), hoisted on us by a national chain.
My guess: to create a false impression of demand for a product that is only ho-hum (excepting the scary ingredients).
