  • Whenever I call this office, I am on hold for at least 15 min. I don't even call that often Sonia m assuming that this is regular practice. I dread calling this place to make any appointments or ask any medical appointments because I know the very first thing I will hear is "thank you for calling DP, can you please hold." This place needs to get some more help answering phones and checking in patients. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day that I call. It's always the same thing.
