  • Made an appointment and got in the same day. Staff is very pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. It appears that LensCrafters is actually and amalgam of two businesses - one for the doctor and the other for the lenses and frames. The doctor, Bessie was terrific. All took their time with me. Be prepared for upselling, LOL, but not high pressure. I would up paying a lot of money for a top of the line pair of glasses. But, in all fairness, the last time I bought new glasses was about 10 year ago and prices no doubt have increased. Besides, Now I don't have to carry three pairs of glasses with me. I used to have to rotate between 3 pairs of glasses, one for each purpose (reading driving, working on the computer). The one pair of new vanity trifocals from LensCrafters are perfect for all three purposes. Fast service too. Had my glasses in less than a week.
