  • Beautiful hotel located in a nice convenient area. Friendly helpful staff and decent breakfast. My complaint is the cleanliness of our room, or lack of!! Housekeeping left the previous guests towels hanging in the bathroom, that was really disgusting!!!!! The headboard was so dirty, it looked like someone has spilled a soda or beer on it because you could see it streaked on the headboard and part of the wall. My 3 year old found an old hardened muffin behind the nightstand, none of us had eaten any muffins so who knows how long that muffin had been there rotting away, The walls in the kitchen area were dirty and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time because you could see food stuck to the walls. We travel to that part of Arizona several times a year and unless the hotel makes a greater effort in assuring that housekeeping does a way better job of cleaning the rooms, We will not stay there again and will make sure our company never puts any of our employees in that hotel ever again
