Over-priced.
Under-spiced.
It's like everyone in Calgary has spent waaaay to much time watching "food-truck" shows on TV and thinks that just because something comes out of a truck that is going to make it great.
Food trucks should offer great value or a killer "can't-find-it-anywhere-else" dish. The noodle bus offers neither.
I wish them the best of luck, but with nothing to differentiate them from any of the other couple hundred or so Vietnamese places in the city, if I won't be eating there any time soon.
