  • This hotel is not as good as it use to be. The rooms look worn, furniture does not match. The front desk needs some customer service training. My partner stayed here for over a month before we moved to LAS. We have sinced moved to SLC and decided to stay here on our trip home from CA. I have to say that we are sorry that we stayed here. My partner being a HH members might as well as be homeless person off the street. No acknowledgement that they are HH member. For being a Remington Hotel and knowing the standards totally disappointed in Hilton and Remington.
