  • Dishonest is the first thing that comes to mind. I went with a printed copy of the current advertisement for the Dodge Ram Truck, including the Chapman Price with discounts. The salesman, Omar, saw the Ad as we showed him the advertised price. Once we said we would like to purchase at the advertised sales price he left the table, retuning to tell us that the ad was incorrect. The advertised rebates and discounts were no longer available and part of the discount included a coupon that they ran out of???? crazy right? We again said, we will purchase at the advertised price only. Here comes the sales manager and tells us he saw the advertised price on the Internet and he can not honor it. The ad was an error by corporate office? I still have a copy of the Advertised price including the stock number. I will not be going back there for their dishonest advertising, bait you in and then switch the price with crazy stories of coupons and corporate errors! Shame on you Chapman Dodge! Edmonds and Forbes are correct, use an auto broker to make a purchase and stay away from dishonest dealers like Chapman.
