| - Dr. Wong was great, but I would not recommend getting your Rx glasses here, as they are overpriced and oversell on things you don't need. I made a complaint after realizing they never broke down the prices of my lenses with me, as they only generalized the prices. Only after going over the receipt in my car, I learned I was charged for excessive add-ons like anti-reflective, when the optician misleading assured me that "all their lenses come with anti-scratch and anti-reflective." I consulted with a friend who is a professional in the eye care field, and found that my vision didn't require the anti-reflective. When confronted, the optician swore my old lenses had anti-reflective, which I am sure they did not (since I've worn them so long). The optician did not apologize, but instead claimed that she remembered telling me the prices. They gave me a bunch of sprays/wipes and eyeglass case carrier, which was nice, but I would not recommend them to others. The only good thing is that there is a 2 year warranty on the lenses.
