I have been putting off a gym membership/fitness for pretty much my entire life. I have always tried and failed, always hated dragging myself out of bed early in the morning to go work out, not to mention I am super insecure. BUT I'm at a place in my life where I need to make some huge changes and I finally took the damn leap. The minute I walked into EOS I felt completely comfortable, not even remotely self-conscious, greeted with nothing but positive vibes from everybody who works there. I just had my first official "welcome workout" and personal training session today and I have to say that for the first time I feel truly empowered to make the difference I need to in my own life because I have a team of people who believe in me and are ready to support me and motivate me through my goals and beyond. Rachel R. [the radass fitness manager at this location] is such a positive and powerful spirit and I was blown away by how motivated I felt after talking with her through my current state [which is really far from where it should be]-and instead of feeling discouraged and overwhelmed with the work I have ahead of me, I feel empowered and excited. I never thought I'd actually look forward to working out, but I'm already making sure that I plan to get enough rest tonight so I can crush my 8 o'clock session tomorrow with my trainer Austin, who is also incredibly kind, positive, knowledgeable and patient. I'm a huge fan and I hope they don't get sick of me because I pretty much plan to live there. a million stars.
