  • My dog, Mr. Bennet has been going to Ingleside since he was a puppy. The staff has always been so amazing to both me and Mr. Bennet. Christina in the front office was always so friendly and caring. My dog always enjoyed getting love and attention from her. Dr. Serbin, Dr. Chiles and Dr. Toncray are all great vets and nothing but caring and professional. This past week Mr. Bennet became sick and after taking him in, we found out that he had a large mass on his spleen and there was some internal bleeding. Not the news you want to get. As I was crying in the exam room, Christina came in and gave me a big hug and told me what a good dog Mr. Bennet has been. A few days later we made the incredibly painful decision to put him down. Dr. Chiles was very compassionate and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Today Dr. Serbin called to express his condolences, which was very nice and unexpected. If you are looking for a vet who will really care about your animal, I highly suggest you go to Ingleside.
