  • Please avoid this place!!! I would rate ZERO or even negative stars, if possible. My car was sideswiped back in October 2016. I opened my claim with insurance and requested New Look Collision due to Mercedes Benz using and recommending them. We dropped off my vehicle on 10/24/16 and they advised the estimated return date would be 11/15/16. Initially, we had no issues with them or the process. They sent us updates every other day with photos as they worked on the vehicle. The estimated return date kept being pushed back and we finally got my car back as the end of November 2016. During this time, they did not communicate with us as to why the date kept changing. We were understanding until we had to deal with Enterprise regarding the rental car. Communication seized all around and Enterprise nor our insurance were provided an update from New Look Collision. Due to the delay of repairs and issues we were billed the extra days of having the rental car. We eventually got everything settled. Literally, the moment I pulled onto Gibson Road, the brakes started making noises. I figured it was due to the car sitting for over a month. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured the more I drove it, it would go away. It did not. My husband took it into the dealership and they advised whomever worked on it last (obviously New Look Collision) scoured a rotor and did not tighten a brake clip. Repairs were done, and we got stuck with the invoice as we did not want to bother with New Look again. Fast forward to November 2017 - the car was swaying and driving funny. I took it in to be looked at and they advised one control arm was loose and the other was installed upside down!!! That's right, upside down! The tech at New Look Collision installed these parts incorrectly. So unsafe!!! I had no intention of writing this review until after we found out about the control arms. This entire year I was driving around in an unsafe car with my kids. I now wonder what else they ruined while they had my vehicle. Mind you, the car was a 2017 and I had it for roughly 4 months before it was sideswiped. There were other small minor things the dealership noticed. Plastic covers were not installed properly or entirely left off. Very horrible experience with them. For your safety, please take your vehicle elsewhere.
