  • Update: The owner reached out to me regarding my review. He sent a tech the next day to take a look at the problem areas. Zach explained to me how the spots on the carpet were not dirt, they are areas in the carpet that have been damaged since they are only visible from certain angles. He offered to go clean those areas but couldn't guarantee that those areas would look any different. Sadly none of the previous techs informed me that it wasn't really dirt. However I am thankful Zerorez came back and properly explained to me the problem. Original review: I originally called for a quote and was told $160 for 3 rooms, hallway and 16 stairs. The day off appointment the tech quoted a bit more. After taking half the day off work and prepping the carpet for them to clean I decided to go ahead and have my carpet cleaned. The tech Carlos was very nice and very professional. When the tech finished he asked I walk though the areas. However the next day when the carpet was completely dry I saw the same high traffic area stains in the hallway. I called zerorez and explained to them I wasn't happy since my carpet was still dirty. They suggested I pay for another treatment because they assumed my carpet was really old and needed a special treatment. I explained to them it's fairly new carpet since the house is only 3 years old! She decided to send another tech and redo those areas, again I took time off work and prepped those areas. The tech told me he was able to get all the dirt out but again the stains were visible when the carpet dried. I called again and was told the same thing, that my carpet must be really old and requires a deep cleaning which will obviously cost more. After spending so much money and time I definitely didn't want to spend more. I was offered a $25.00 zerorez gift card but I don't intend to use their services again. They suggested I give it as a gift ... didn't want it, I don't recommend their services.
