  • Best customer service I've ever experienced with any type of auto service shop. I came in with no appointment after being stuck in the town overnight on a trip with a giant screw in my tire from the interstate. I tried going to you typical "chain" tire store counterparts and they would not help me, they told me I would have to wait hours, (thanks firestone). The guy who helped me Ken, was phenomenal at getting me in, fixing my tire and getting me back on the road. Absolutely 100% appreciated!!! If you are in a bind, this is the place to go, they went above and beyond to help me.
