  • Bigs kudos to all the employees that were so kind and helpful. They were all cheerful and informative. When we got there at the main lobby (this place is huge!) a golf cart guy took us to the Sedona pool. So nice we didn't have to walk so far! We had a great time at the pool, ordered a pizza and strawberry daiquiris, it was good for a snack. The four stars are mainly for the employees because I'd much rather be at the Scottsdale Princess Resort, oh well!
