I called today to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. I asked if she had availability for a 80 min massage stated on their groupon for a specific date and she asked me if I was calling for an appointment. She wasn't even listening to anything I was saying. She asked if it was for one person and I said yes. She went to book the appointment and I asked if by any chance there were two appointments because I was thinking about bringing my husband. She made this loud "sigh" and said. "I asked you that in the beginning". I told her to cancel my appointment and told her I can't believe how rude she was. She let me know that no one has ever had a problem with her customer service. I would never go there or refer anyone based on my first interaction with this company. Sounds like someone needs customer service training!
