  • I came to this location on a Thursday morning, expecting service to be prompt. There were no more than three vehicles in the drive thru lane (including myself) and it took longer than necessary to get to the window. When I did arrive to the window there were four baristas standing and talking about non-related work topics. When I finally received my drinks the cashier forgot to give me an item. After informing her that she had made a mistake, she said it was not rung up and it would be an additional charge. Not only did she make me feel like it was my wrong doing, she was rude above everything. Will not spend my money nor time at this location again.
