  • Took my 13 year old cat there for the first time. Dr. Anya and the assistant Anne were amazing with him. They knew exactly how to soothe him and keep him calm so that they could do a proper check up. After having a horrendous experience at a previous clinic, where he was handled quite aggressively, and so responded aggressively I will only be going to East York. The initial meeting is a little pricey, but it is one hour, and it allows the Dr. to get to know your pet (and you), so it is well worth it! Most importantly, I got the impression they are concerned with caring for your pet with a gentle hand. They are very humane, and don't simply want to stick your pet with needles (unnecessary and possibly harmful vacs) and are looking towards your pets total health. I am so happy and grateful to have found this place.
