  • My wife and I got a membership here because we wanted to train in boxing and when we initially signed up we were mislead my the manager Dominick who stated we were not tied into a contract and we could cancel services anytime. After a month of training we decided that it wasn't worth the drive from Laveen and wanted to cancel when we spoke to the manger Dominick he stated we were locked in for 90 days and initially he empathized that we had no contract. He also stated that 7 days was not enough to stop payment and we he could run payment for the next month and then he would cancel it. We feel lied to. When we showed up for our next session our trainer was not onsite and when we reached out to him he stated that Dominick told him not to come in. There was a huge failure of communication not only to us but to his other clients as well. This is not how business should be handled nor is this a place where I want to spend my money.
