  • 1 star is too many!! Going to Dr. Berger was the WORST dental experience I have EVER had. Not only did I wait 45 mins in the waiting room, my first appointment was rushed, the Dr. did not spend any time with me, but rushed me off to his office manager who proceeded to tell me that a "regular" cleaning wasn't enough for me and that I needed a deep cleaning for the tune of $400 out of my pocket! AFTER my insurance. I have never needed a "deep clean" before in my life! The office staff are bumbling idiots, never returning phones calls. It took me 4 tries of me calling them to get an qoute for additional work and when received I almost had a heart attack.!! Dr. Bergers prices are WAY OUT OF LINE, who in the world does this guy think he is??? His chairside manner was arrogant and snotty, his office staff is imcompetant. Why in the world would ANYONE pay extra money to be treated badly. I am no trying to get my xrays from them to my new dentist and the process is painful and frustrating and I cant say I am shocked! This dentist needs a total revamp of his practice or he will be out of business soon.
