  • My experience here was phenomenal. Amanda is meticulous, knowledgable, and kind. I saw on the website that I could text to make an appointment for my facial - this was incredibly convenient, and she has been very responsive by text ever since. Upon arrival on a rainy afternoon, I was greeted warmly at the door by Amanda. She took my umbrella immediately, and gave me some forms to sign in her welcoming and clean reception area. Shortly after, she took me up to begin the appointment. Her spa room is beautiful, clean, open - very inviting. Before we began, she did a comprehensive consultation to get details about my diet and skin care regimen - she is very thorough and clearly takes her profession very seriously. She tailored the facial to fit my specific needs, took her time with each step, did some *painfully good* extractions - she does not mess around! After my appointment, she gave her recommendations and gave me some samples to take home (love goodies!). My appointment was a week and a half ago and my skin still looks great and is super smooth. She even followed up with me yesterday to see how my skin was doing. The level of attentiveness and care is so impressive and much appreciated.
