  • I decided I needed to reach out to Jose again to do my yard. I was disappointed to hear that he would need to do an estimate again even though he just did my yard a few months ago and I would have to wait four days for my estimate appointment but they did a good job last time so I was willing to wait. On the day of my appointment an unfamiliar number called me a few times but didn't leave a message so I ignored it. Then at 330p the number called again and this time left a message. It was Jose asking if he could come earlier then 5p. I didn't get off of work till 4p so I called him and said he could come at about 430p. He said that he wanted to come earlier and that he looked up my property and gave me a price estimate that was $20 more than it was last time! No reward for customer loyalty I guess and my yard this time was definitely not as bad as it was last time. I felt like he was just guessing and throwing a number out there just so he didn't have to come to my house at the scheduled time of 5pm. Very unprofessional of him to keep calling me all day but didn't leave a message until 1 and 1/2 hours before my appointment. He obviously had no intension of coming at the scheduled time. Not to mention his estimate was more then what he charged me the first time (my yard was actually not as bad as it was the first time). We also had the intention of scheduling monthly maintenance and possibly getting my neighbors on board with using them too. But that's all out the door now.
