I have stayed in many hotels over the course of the last three years because me and my family travel. I have stayed in a Travelodge before and it was a good stay for the price so I thought I would use them for my stay in Phoenix. Let me tell you that I paid $113 for a one night stay so I expected a comfortable stay as I was traveling from California to Arkansas. The outside looks nice but I stayed in room 112 and got electrocuted by one of the sockets because it was broken. My room did not come with the coffee pot as it said it did, I had no phone in my room to contact the front desk, my non-smoking room had cigarette holes in my comforter, my comforter not only had gross stains it was also filthy with some pinkish crusty stuff on it. The pillows are super tiny and not fluffy, the pillows themselves are stained and yellow, and the bed is at least 10 years old I would've rather sleep on the floor. I didn't find this place safe as I had rented it for a family and I have two young children under the age of five. When I called from my cell phone to the front desk they finally brought me a room phone. The lady would not talk to me and told me I had to talk to somebody else about my concerns. When I called the hotel and tried to speak with somebody I was told that the owners do not speak English so they would not understand me. When I did get a hold of somebody they were very rude to me. Please stay far away from this place and for the price you pay here you could be safe and comfortable somewhere else.
