24 hour fitness has the worst customer service. I am a single mom that just lost her job and I had called them to cancel my membership that I had only had for 2 months and gave me a 800 number to call. I called the nimber and she said that she could pause my membership for 3 months and that I wouldnt be charged anything a month later I get charged a annual fee. I called them back and they said that they could not refund me my money that it was a non refundable annual fee. They did not try whats so everto fix it. They will tell you anything to get your money.
