  • My wife flew from Toronto to Charlotte NC and her suitcase was lost. Air Canada has few flights, so there was no one to contact in Charlotte. There with her was an Indian family that lost 6 bags. We ended up spending 1 hours on the phone trying to reach an a representative only to be told "nothing can be done". We never used Air Canada before and after today's little taste, this will be the last time.
