| - Long story short, I won't being going back to this Kia Dealership for my vehicle service. 7 out of the 7 times I have taken my car in for a simple oil change I always end up having to take my car back because either my engine light came on or they didn't put something back right. For example, this last time I took my car for an oil change, they didn't put the wire, or whatever it's called, back on the latch to be able to pop my hood. I asked for windshield wiper fluid to be added since it was empty and that's how I discovered they weren't replacing it when I was taking it previously for oil changes and I thought that was part of the service, they didn't do it, and lastly my engine light has come on again.
I feel like there was a complete disregard for my time as customer since I had to take my car back to only get the wire placed back on the latch, didn't get the windshield wiper fluid added, even though I informed the manager twice about it. The manager, Larry, to me acted as if it was problem that I had a problem with the service. It was like he was trying to hurry up and get me out of there, he was the one who hooked the wire back to latch and pretty much signaled for me to be on my way, I had to remind home that my engine light was on and I didn't have a problem before I brought my car in. He had one of the mechanic's check it, told me what it COULD be and that was that. Well so much for making a long story short! Not sure if anyone else has experienced having to take their care back to this dealership for corrected service, maybe I'm not spending enough money there and that's why this keeps happening to me. My advice to any new comer to this dealership for service either be prepared to take your car back after service or just check your car as thoroughly as you can to make sure everything is in it's correct place.
