  • Ocean Poke is probably my favorite poke bowl in Phoenix. They have a very good selection of fresh toppings, pickled onion being a total game changer. A must for a bomb poke bowl is fresh fish and there's certainly is. I have yet to have a bad bowl or even a bad bite. The real reason for my review is the customer service. It's one thing for a business to serve up the product they sell, but it's another to keep a customer happy when they've made a mistake. I ordered a bowl off Postmates tonight and the wrong bowl came to my house. Postmates doesn't have a customer service phone line so I called the restaurant. Neither of us were sure what to do and the girl on the other line of the phone was completely empathetic of my situation. She was so kind, resolved the problem quickly and made sure I received the bowl I ordered. Everyone who orders takeout has a story of receiving a wrong order, not through any malicious intent of a restaurant, but it happens. The difference is how the story ends. Ocean Poke has great food but even better customer service. Thank you for fixing my order and being such awesome people!
