| - Looking for a quick getaway from everyday life? Looking to brighten up your day? Need a place to catch up with a friend? Desert Nail Spa is the first place I would recommend.
The front desk welcomes you with a friendly smile every time and is incredibly accommodating. Frequently you can also spot the owners up at the front helping the staff, not because they need to, but because they want to. This place has customer service down!
Now let's give a huge shout out to the color selection they have- for SNS, Gel, Regular Polish and the variety of different services they offer. (My absolute favorite colors are Bubble Bath, Tiramisu for Two, and Taupeless Beach for a Nude or more natural look & Lincoln Park After Dark If I'm feeling moody)
I am generally not picky about who does my nails, every single person that works here is skilled in what they do and they never sit you with a tech that doesn't excel in the service that you are looking for which is a huge example to how great the owners are! With that being said if I do get the pleasure of having Vivian or Kalisa do my nails I know I'm going to be having the most wonderful time showing my nails off like you would if you just got engaged and wanted to flaunt your new ring.
Now, if you are one who likes to have the same tech they have a wonderful bookkeeping program that tracks who has done your nails and they can add comments to let you know who you'd like to ask for while booking your next service.
Let me also just let you know THE PLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL. It has been so thoughtfully designed to feel luxurious and comfortable. The pedicure chairs have a wonderful selection of massages, a wonderful pillow for lumbar support, and they also have phone chargers with adapters- for iPhone and android users. The manicure tables have hooks for bags and purses so your beloved catch all isn't sitting on the floor.
They also have a great retail selection ranging from candles, to chapstick, to hair ties, even the fingerless gloves to protect your hands from the UV light.
Their cleanliness is obviously a priority too, there is always someone there actively cleaning and maintaining the Spa. The bathroom is kept orderly and smelling great. And they somehow manage to keep the Oder of a typical nail salon out.
Now let's talk details. To the left when you walk in they always have some kind of flavored water- my favorite is the cucumber water. And they provide blankets to those who get cold during the service. And from talking to the techs the owners care about the success not only of the business but of the employees as well.
They truly know how to run a smooth sailing ship And provide quality services at a wonderful price.
