  • Extremely unprofessional staff. I spend 10k+ with Best Buy every year and my situation involved simply returning a product. The "general manager" Sandy proceeded to basically argue with me and accuse me of using a product then returning it. She seemed to have no formal training or experience whatsoever and should not be in a leadership position. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this store.
