  • This is long overdue ... After many errors I felt the need to warn others : this is a subpar establishment. The owner is actually very kind , knowledgeable , and excellent customer service . It's her hired assistant , a senior Korean woman that ruins it : She has given me wrong dry cleaning , can't operate the cashier , and today , was the last draw . I always get alterations here & the owner is an excellent seamstress . I walked in , her assistant is solo. I asked her if she can do alteration , she said yes . I try on a full sequin gown , and I walked out to see her wide eyes , blank face , clearly overwhelmed. she barely constructed this : " I no do but I measure . If you want , come back next wk . " . Seriously ??? Couldn't you tell me that BEFORE ? I asked when next week , she said "everyday , no Monday, but except Monday morning ." What the ..? Waste of time .
