  • I have no idea why I keep coming back here. Today I asked how long it would take for service on my Prius--1.5 hours, says Omar. "I'll rush it," says Omar. Two hours later, I ask where my car is. Oh, it is in the shop--20 more minutes. I appreciate this dealership doesn't care about their customers, but I'm not feeling well. I'd prefer not to puke in their gross restrooms. If they had told me it would be 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and inspection I would just have left. Believe me when I say this is the last straw in a long line of horrible experiences here including watching a service manager have a trash can throwing meltdown (okay, that was kind of funny--but totally unprofessional) and enduring a variety of "shaft jokes" when I had my steering shaft replaced. Oh, and there was the time they had a gas leak in the shop and I was stuck here for three hours. Clearly I'm the idiot for continuing to come back here. Won't happen again. Update: 2 hours 40 minutes to ask if I'd like to do any of the service the mechanic recommended. I declined--being told they'll have the car out in ten minutes and I'm getting a "discount." So 3+ hours to do a 20-30 minute service. Brilliant!
