  • Something happened on my 2nd trip back to this hair salon. I had an appointment for 4 p.m. but Sasha was backed up and I finally got to sit in the chair at 4:15 pm. Was promptly whisked to wash my hair. Came back and a man walked in with his kid and she immediately said she'd take him but he had to wait. She cut my hair in 10 minutes and I was out of the chair! I was appalled at the service. I seriously think she needs an assistant as the floor was not cleaned up after each client so I had to walk amidst hair from people before me! Don't think I'd go back after this. In fact, I've found another hair dresser. My hair was not cut properly at all.
