  • Worse place ever! Find another place if you get referred to this facility! My father had emergency surgery by a doc from the Core. After his discharge i called for a follow up, being at the Core Institute is like being at MVD! No beepers were available (like Olive Garden has) so you have to really pay attention to the employees screaming names to go to Window. After hearing my fathers name (he's 90) they quickly took my copay, told me he would be called for x Ray on right hand (surgery was on left hand) after correcting young lady, she said "well our records say right hand). I responded "ok x Ray his right hand then." She proceeded to tell me it would be over an hour wait because the doctor is running behind! I told her to cancel appointment, now mind you this was late March and I still have it been refunded my dads copay. Run the other way if you are referred to the Core Institute!
