Horrible experience. I don't understand how you run a business in AMERICA and not at least hire one person that speak English. I walked in and got put in a room right away(which was good) the little struggle bed they make you lay on is uncomfortable. The gentleman that did my massage came in after about 5 mins with hot water for me to soak my foot in. He didn't know not one word in English so he was speaking to me in sign language the whole time telling me to remove my shirt. I was in the first room and couldn't relax because the workers there were laughing and talking loud and walking the hall way. I finally TRIED to ask the guy can we move to a room towards the back because I wanted to relax and not hear a bunch of noise, OMG! He went and got three other co-workers to translate for him and none of them spoke English, really? I repeated myself over 20 times really slowly then finally decided to pull my phone out and use Google translation(annoying)... after 15 mins then finally getting them to understand what I was saying, they moved me and he still couldn't understand the reason I wanted to move:-( I wanted them to know the reason so they can take that into consideration next time. The massage it self was bleh, no one ask me what I wanted them to work on because again, no one spoke English. I left with my body still hurting, I got the 75 mins for $40 and I tipped $15 the good thing is they don't pressure you to tip a specific amount. I won't be going back there.
