  • horrible customer service. i went into the floral shop wanting to ask a couple of questions and I was told that i need to make a appo intment. They did not want to talk to me or help me out at all. The lady raised her voice at me when i asked her something. i do not work at a flower shop so obviously i don't know certain things and thats why i am there to ask her.
