  • Slightly intoxicated as I write this, after a night out at C4, Next Door, and Roosevelt (It's Gretel's last night ever there. Sniff.). Why on a Wednesday night? I would rather not explain this. Mainly because I can't. Our C4 experience was, however, a fun one. The waitress was cute. The food was surprisingly good (I had sushi and the curry noodle thing my friend Jen had looked awesome). The beer selection is so-so but I'm happy with Kirin. The coolest part of being here is definitely the direct view from our seats of some random CenPho highrises. One of which I used to work in, so that was an added bonus of weirdness and coolness. The bottom line is that I will come here again, probably to get the sushi and also that curry noodle thing, with beers. And I had a really good time with the old law firm buds I came with. I also appreciate the tribute to Don Bolles, who everyone reading this should google to understand and learn about. So what the hell? Good time, good beers, good food... four stars.
