  • If I could I give negative stars this bank would recieve 100 negative stars. The customer service at this location is beyond terrible. I sat there for over 2 hrs to get a temporary bank card which only takes 15 minutes only to be told that they couldn't help due to appointments that had shown up 30 minutes late and they were the priorty. Every customer should be a priority. No one offered to schedule an appointment for me nor did they tell me that they probably wouldn't be able to get to me. If they would've been honest and told me that, I would've been okay.
