  • I've had donuts from here a few times when my boyfriend brings some home after work, but I've only actually been to this establishment once - and sadly I made the mistake of coming here on National Donut Day a couple months ago. I almost walked out immediately when I entered, as many people actually did, because even in the middle of a weekday the line was wrapped all the way around the inside of the building and nearly back to the register - and it's not a small place. We were standing in line for over an hour and there were kids running around everywhere, it was very crowded and chaotic, not a very pleasant environment to be standing in for so long. By the time we got to the front they were of course out of many donuts. But what bothered me was that nothing was labeled, so I had no idea what some of the donuts even had on or in them - I got a donut that I thought was filled with normal chocolate but it turned out to be Nutella, which I'm not a huge fan of. And even when we were choosing our donuts we felt really rushed because a few times the people in line behind would go around and pick some then get to the register before us, since we were getting a dozen rather than just a couple, which meant we had to wait even longer if we had to take time to choose our donuts to ask which one was what. There was another lady who cut in front of us to grab the last "Cookie Monster" donut, and even though I'd listed it as one I wanted first they still gave it to her. It was very unorganized and disorderly at the counter, and between that and the insane wait it definitely wasn't worth it. I'm sure on normal days it's less busy and may go more smoothly, but the whole experience just soured this place for me. Most of the donuts tasted fairly good, which is what saved it from a 1 star rating, but I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.
